B12’s Contact Manager keeps your contacts, messages, forms, and notes in one place. You’ll find it in the B12 Editor under “Your business.” Click any contact to see past interactions, form submissions, or their details.
All interactions with prospects and clients, including form submissions, contact details, on-site chat messages, and intake notes, are stored automatically and visible in the Contact Manager.
It recognizes contacts with the same email or phone number and merges them. It won't merge based on name alone, in case you have multiple contacts with the same name.
Gmail, Office 365, Yahoo Mail, and CSV uploads.
The Contact Manager is included in the Website + Client Engagement plan and above. There are no limits on contacts, forms, emails, contracts, or eSignatures.
