Subprocessors

B12 uses trusted third-party companies (“subprocessors”) to help deliver our Services. Our subprocessors are contractually required to protect personal data and to process it only to provide services to B12. Our current subprocessors are listed below.

“Global” indicates the subprocessor may process data in multiple countries, including the US and EU, per its own terms and DPA.

Our AI subprocessors do not use prompts submitted to B12's AI features to train their models. Prompt data is retained for up to 30 days, except Fal.ai, which retains data until it is deleted by B12.
